Because our products are perishable food items and are handmade in nature, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene, food safety, and quality reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

ORDER ISSUES & DAMAGES

We strive to deliver every order in perfect condition. However, if you receive:

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
